01 Estimates & Pricing

All estimates provided through our online estimate tool, by phone, or in person are visual estimates only and do not constitute a final quote, binding contract, or guarantee of savings. The estimate tool is provided as a convenience to help customers understand the general scope and approximate cost of services — it is not a promise of final pricing.

Prices are based on standard labor and material costs at the time of estimate. Final pricing may vary based on actual job conditions, site accessibility, unforeseen complications, required permits, or changes in material costs discovered on-site. All final pricing will be confirmed in writing prior to scheduling and commencement of work.

We work hard to honor the estimates our tool generates. In most cases your final pricing will be at or very close to the estimate — but your signed estimate at scheduling is the only document that constitutes a pricing commitment.
02 Deposit & Payment

A deposit is required to confirm and hold your scheduled appointment. The deposit amount will be communicated at the time of scheduling. The remaining balance is due immediately upon completion of work, prior to the technician leaving the job site.

Accepted payment methods will be communicated at the time of scheduling. Failure to remit the remaining balance upon completion may result in a lien or additional collection fees as permitted by Georgia law.

03 Late Payments

Any outstanding balance not paid within 30 days of the invoice date will accrue interest at a rate of 3% per month on the unpaid balance until paid in full.

Example: An unpaid balance of $500 will accrue $15.00 in interest charges at day 31, with an additional 3% applied to the outstanding total each month thereafter until resolved.

Simple Home Solutions & Handyman Services LLC reserves the right to pursue all available legal remedies for collection of unpaid balances, including but not limited to filing in small claims court or engaging a collections agency. Customer is responsible for any associated collection costs and legal fees.

04 Cancellations & Rescheduling

We understand that schedules change. The following policy applies to all scheduled appointments:

Uncontrollable Events: Cancellations or rescheduling due to severe weather, medical emergencies, or other events outside the customer's reasonable control will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis at the sole discretion of Simple Home Solutions & Handyman Services LLC. We will always work with you in good faith.

Deposit refunds, where applicable, will be processed within 14 business days of the cancellation request using the original payment method.

05 Service Area

Simple Home Solutions & Handyman Services LLC is based in Buford, GA 30518 and primarily serves Buford and surrounding communities within a 50-mile radius of our home office.

Service requests originating outside the 50-mile radius are subject to review and may be accepted at the company's discretion. Jobs outside the standard service area will incur additional travel charges, which will be disclosed and agreed upon prior to scheduling.

06 Materials & Supplies

Unless otherwise noted on your estimate, all materials, hardware, and supplies required to complete the job will be sourced and provided by Simple Home Solutions & Handyman Services LLC. Material costs are included in your estimate and final invoice.

Customers may supply their own materials or products at the company's discretion. Customer-supplied materials must be disclosed prior to scheduling. Simple Home Solutions & Handyman Services LLC does not warrant or guarantee the quality, compatibility, or performance of customer-supplied materials and accepts no liability for issues arising from their use.

07 Liability & Insurance

Simple Home Solutions & Handyman Services LLC carries an umbrella general liability insurance policy. In the event of accidental damage to your property caused directly by our technician during the performance of agreed-upon work, please contact us immediately so we can assess and address the situation.

Our liability is limited to the direct scope of work performed. We are not responsible for:

By scheduling a service, the customer acknowledges that they are the property owner or have obtained proper authorization from the property owner to authorize the work.

08 Scope of Work

All work will be performed in accordance with the services agreed upon at scheduling. Any additional work requested on-site that falls outside the original scope will be quoted separately and must be approved by the customer before proceeding.

Simple Home Solutions & Handyman Services LLC reserves the right to decline additional work requests that cannot be safely or properly completed during the same appointment, or that require additional scheduling, tools, or materials not on hand.

09 Customer Responsibilities

To ensure smooth and efficient service, customers are responsible for the following prior to the scheduled appointment:

Failure to provide proper access or disclose known hazards may result in rescheduling at the customer's expense.

10 Warranty & Workmanship

Simple Home Solutions & Handyman Services LLC warrants all labor and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date of job completion. In the event of a proven workmanship defect or negligence on the part of our technician within the warranty period, we will cover the cost of return labor to correct the issue at no charge to the customer.

Labor Warranty: 1 year from job completion date — covers return labor in the event of proven workmanship defect or negligence.

Materials & Manufacturer Warranty: All materials supplied and installed by Simple Home Solutions & Handyman Services LLC are covered solely by the manufacturer's warranty, where applicable. Once materials have been installed, they become the responsibility of the homeowner. We do not extend any additional warranty on parts, fixtures, hardware, or materials beyond what the manufacturer provides. Customers are encouraged to retain any product documentation, receipts, or warranty cards provided at the time of installation.

The workmanship warranty does not cover:

11 Right to Refuse Service

Simple Home Solutions & Handyman Services LLC reserves the right to refuse, suspend, or discontinue service to any customer at any time for any lawful reason, including but not limited to unsafe working conditions, hostile or abusive behavior toward our technicians, or discovery of undisclosed hazardous conditions on-site.

In cases where work is stopped due to customer conduct or undisclosed site conditions, any deposit paid may be forfeited to cover time and expenses already incurred.

12 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Gwinnett County, Georgia.

If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

These Terms & Conditions may be updated from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of our services following any update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
